At Wild Ghats, we are committed to delivering premium quality coffee and a great customer experience.

Due to the nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns on opened or used coffee products.

However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

To process your request, please include:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the product/package

  • Description of the issue

If approved, we will offer:

  • Replacement product
    OR

  • Store credit/refund depending on the situation

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
