Early morning in Wayanad, before the mist lifts. Mist Valley Blend is our interpretation of what a Wayanad medium roast should be, a coffee that captures the brightness of high-altitude growing conditions without sacrificing the body that defines South Indian coffee culture. Roasted to a precise medium profile that preserves the floral and citrus character of the raw bean while developing enough structure for a satisfying cup. Clean, bright, faintly sweet, with a lingering honeyed finish. This is the coffee for pour-over drinkers, for people who take their coffee without milk. Roasted to order. Whole bean only, grind fresh just before brewing to preserve the delicate citrus and floral notes.
