Rainforest Reserve Mist Valley Blend Wild Estate Monsoon Roast Midnight Ghats

Single-origin coffee from Wayanad, Kerala

Wild Ghats is a small-batch roastery in Kalpetta, Wayanad, working entirely with coffee grown in the high-altitude belt of the Western Ghats. Monsoon mist, laterite soil and cool nights give the district a character that cannot be reproduced elsewhere, and on some plots the coffee grows under native forest canopy alongside pepper vines and cardamom.

Our range covers four processing methods — washed, monsooned, natural and shade-grown — across five roast levels, from a light-medium rainforest micro-lot to a full dark roast built for South Indian filter coffee. Every bag is roasted to order and dispatched within 48 hours of roasting. We do not blend across regions, and we do not pre-grind the light roasts.
